Roy Reynolds - CEO

With a tertiary level education in Computer Science and Economics as well as many professional certifications, achieved whilst at strong solutions providers such as Fujitsu and Nortel, Roy Reynolds gained an inept ability to provide significant contributions in the sales of solutions offered by the various companies that he represented. Being in the IT discipline for twenty years has allowed him to develop unique go-to-market strategies and has helped him recognize the huge significance of agility, visibility, accuracy and most significantly, strategic relationships. Roy maintains a track record of strong performances, even under adverse conditions, and is the recipient of many enviable Nortel sales awards, spanning from Sales Hero for the CALA region, Circle of Excellence (finishing in the top 10% of the global sales group) on more than one occasion and Honor Circle (finishing in the top 20% of the global sales group).

Delano Vaz - CTO

Delano Vaz is the Chief Technical Officer of ShareWave Technologies and has been Managing Director of Xzact Solutions Ltd. since 2005. He draws upon 23 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including 17 years with LIME (previously known as Jamaica Telephone Company, Telecommunications of Jamaica and then Cable and Wireless). Starting out as a technician, Delano mastered many roles including PBX Systems Engineer, Sales Engineer, as well as Data Installation and Maintenance Supervisor. These responsibilities gave him the experience to design voice, data and converged networks as well as manage manpower and material resources to provide customer solutions. Vaz has a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications as well as several professional certifications from Nortel. With an eye for detail and a love of technology, Delano continually keeps abreast of advancements through education and training.
