Requirements

Telephone Lines
Customers must have at least one telephone line installed by their carrier of choice. ShareWave Technologies does not provide any form of telephone lines or services. We can facilitate SIP lines but this too must be applied for from the customer’s carrier of choice. We can lend assistance in the application process for a special fee.

Broadband Internet Access
Customers must have broadband access to utilize ShareWave Hosted PBX solution. A minimum of 2Mb bandwidth is required. We will not be able to reliably provide service below that amount. For a minimal fee, we can lend assistance in the application process to the customer’s carrier of choice.

4 Port Analog Gateway (Customer needs to purchase from us)
This provides connectivity to your existing telephone lines from your service provider of choice. Calls will be treated by our ShareWave Hosted PBX with either Auto-Attendant or Live Receptionist based on customer preference. The resulting call termination will be to the device of customer choice inclusive of assigned voicemail.

SIP Client (Customer should purchase from us to benefit from support)
SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) client is used to control your communication sessions. Preferred SIP clients are Grandstream, Cisco, Yealink, Polycom, and Nortel.

Installation support
Remote installation is included in all packages. Onsite installation is available for an additional cost. It is recommended, but not required, that customers purchase a one-year maintenance packages to eliminate any onsite support fees.
